AudioFusion Solutions Private Limited is a professional audio dealer and integrator based in Lucknow. We supply, install and calibrate speakers, mixers, microphones, amplifiers, projectors and complete home theatre systems, and we are an authorised dealer for Bose, Sennheiser, AUDAC and BenQ.

My Account is the section you reach after signing in. It shows your profile, the contents of your cart and your order history, and lets you keep your contact details up to date. You can open it from the account icon in the header, or here.

Choose Login / Signup from the account menu and fill in the sign-up form. You can also sign in with a Google account and link a password later from My Account.

No. Registering is free.

Each email address and phone number can be associated with one AudioFusion account only.

Yes. You can hold several delivery addresses on your account. Everything in a single order goes to one address, so if you need items delivered to different places, place them as separate orders.

Choose Forgot password on the sign-in form and enter your registered email address. We will send you a reset link. If it does not arrive, contact us on the details below and we will sort it out.

UPI, credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay and American Express), net banking, and cash on delivery where it is available for your address.

Yes. Payments are handled by Razorpay over an encrypted connection. Your card and UPI details go straight to the gateway and are never stored on our servers.

You pay for the order when it is delivered to you, rather than at checkout. It is available on most orders, and checkout will tell you if it is not available for your address or order value.

Yes. A tax invoice is issued with every order. If you need it raised against a company GSTIN, send us the details before the order ships.

We ship across India. Enter your address at checkout and it will confirm whether we can deliver to that pin code before you pay.

There is no minimum order. Delivery is free on orders above ₹9,999; below that a nominal delivery charge is shown at checkout.

In the manufacturer’s own packaging, with additional protective packing for cabinets, drivers and projector optics. Larger installed systems are delivered by our own team rather than by courier.

Yes, and we recommend it. We survey the room first, install the system, and calibrate it in place before handover. The room survey is free — ask us for one.

Sign in and open Orders in My Account, or use Track Order in the header. You can also call or email us and we will check it for you.

Cancellation is considered if the request reaches us immediately after the order is placed. Once the order has been passed to the courier or the installation has been scheduled, it may no longer be possible to cancel. Contact us as soon as you know.

Report it to us within 2 days of receiving the product and we will arrange inspection and replacement. The same window applies if the product is not as described on the site. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for the full terms.

Once a refund is approved it takes 3–5 days to reach you, through the method you originally paid with.

Everything we sell is genuine stock carrying the full manufacturer warranty. For warranty claims, contact us and we will raise it with the manufacturer and handle the service process on your behalf.
